Delete Your Account

Delete from the app (fastest)

You can delete your account directly inside the Dominaite app:

1. Open the Dominaite app and sign in
2. Go to your Profile
3. Select Delete Account and confirm

Deletion is permanent. Your profile, progress, XP, scans, photos, and conversation history are removed and cannot be recovered.

Delete by email request

If you can no longer access the app, email us from the address linked to your account and we will delete it for you:

support@dominaite.net with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

We verify the request against the account email and complete deletion within 30 days. We will confirm by email when it is done.

What gets deleted

• Account credentials and profile information
• All progress data: XP, streaks, missions, scores, and history
• Uploaded photos and scan results
• AI coaching conversations
• Community posts and messages

What may be retained

• Purchase and payout records required for tax, accounting, or fraud prevention (retained only as long as legally required)
• Anonymized, aggregated analytics that no longer identify you

Subscriptions are managed by Google Play or the App Store — deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel in your store's subscription settings to stop future charges.
